A venue rental website with online booking for Taneční sál Brno

About the project

Taneční sál Brno is a dance hall in Brno, Czech Republic, rented out for parties, company events, workshops, balls and celebrations. It comes with a flexible layout and catering from the partner company 100 chutí.

We designed and built a website that has to do one job well: turn a visitor into a booked date. Everything on the page, from the photos to the pricing, leads to the booking calendar.

The starting point

The venue handled inquiries by phone and email, so every booking meant going back and forth over which dates were still free. The owner needed a website that shows the space clearly, says upfront what it costs and lets people check availability and ask for a date on their own.

What we built

• a one-page website with a clear path: hero, gallery, about the venue, catering, pricing, booking and contact,
• a photo and video gallery of the hall, the bar, the dance floor, the entrance and the details,
• an interactive booking calendar that shows free, tentatively blocked and booked days,
• a booking form (event type, number of guests, notes) that sends the inquiry by email and saves the requested date to Google Calendar,
• a transparent price list with a daily rate and an hourly extension after midnight, shown with and without VAT,
• a catering section linking to the partner 100 chutí, with discounted prices for events in the hall,
• a contact section with an embedded map, a fast mobile-first layout with WebP images, and basic local SEO.

The result

Visitors can see the hall, check the price and pick a free date in a few minutes, without a single phone call. The owner gets every inquiry with all the details in one place, and the requested dates go straight into the calendar, so no booking gets lost or double-booked.
